*We offer free shipping on all NZ orders over $100
To activate free shipping you must spend $100.00 or more per transaction after any discounts.
Orders received after 1:00pm(NZST) will be dispatched the following working day.
An email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking details.
Delivery by New Zealand Couriers may vary between 1-4 working days depending on destination.
Delivery to Australia has a target of between 5 – 10 working days.

All our products are sold EX WORKS which means we will not accept any liability for any orders considered completed
(once it is dispatched to the buyer’s specified address), by any courier/transport company for loss, theft, damage after transit,
or delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstance, strike, natural disaster or incorrect delivery address supplied by the buyer
or the recipient absence at time of delivery.
In the event that your item is no longer available or out of stock, we will contact you for your preferred solution,
ie: use as credit towards another item or we will refund you original amount in full.
Yes we can arrange overseas delivery. Just email us your order and we will come back to you with applicable export,
air or sea freight charges to be confirmed based on total kg & m3 and final destination.
Import charges to that country will be at your own expense.
While we do our best checking the quality of our products, we understand some things may be beyond our control.
Should you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email us a photo and brief explanation, once your claim has been approved, we will arrange for a free delivery replacement or a full refund if we cannot supply the same item.
Note: Claims will not be considered after 14 days of receipt of product.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached)
and accompanied by the original sales receipt or another form of proof of purchase for an exchange or a Note of Credit.
We will not cover damage from the recipient due to lack of care, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, modification or adjustment to the product.
